Bliss Ascension ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What We Collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number
• Consultation and order details: scent preferences, blend choices, allergy/safety notes you share with us
• Account information: your email and an encrypted password, if you create an account to save your labels
• Label records: carrier oil, essential oils, blend date, and expiry date for labels you or Kelly save to your account

Why We Collect It

• To prepare your custom blend and design your product label
• To respond to consultation, workshop, and market order requests
• To let you sign in and view labels saved to your account
• To contact you about your order — we do not use your details for marketing without separate consent

Cookies & Local Storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. When you create an account, we use essential local browser storage to keep you securely signed in — this is necessary for the account feature to work and is not used to track you across other websites.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Form submissions are processed via Formspree. Account and label data is stored in a secured Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level access controls, meaning your saved labels are only visible to you and to Kelly.

Your Rights Under POPIA

• Access: you can view your saved labels any time by signing in, or download a full copy of your data from your Account page
• Correction: contact us to correct any inaccurate personal information
• Deletion: request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time from your Account page, or by emailing us
• Objection: you may object to how we process your information by contacting us below
